Horizon plans to offer services to travelers and seaports. The Horizon team is led by its founder, Gilbert Darrell, who has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry.

Horizon Communications (Horizon) is a technology-based company that will leverage the next-generation LTE and blockchain technologies to deliver its service offerings. Horizon's goal is to provide high-speed Internet (150 Mbps in 2018 and 300 Mbps by 2019), high definition cable TV, and VoIP phone service in areas where current customers receive poor, unreliable, and too expensive service.

After completing a successful capital increase, Horizon plans to launch Bermuda in mid-2018 in its flagship market. Horizon will then focus on expanding into Caribbean and Central American countries over the next few years.

Horizon uses fixed wireless internet using radio waves so the underground cable line method is useless. Outdoor antennas will be installed for Horizon clients to ensure high internet speed is provided as promised. (commonly known as LTE)
